Finishing cancer treatment is a huge milestone, but the journey doesn’t end there. If you're wondering, “What’s next?”, this program is for you. Over 12 weeks, we’ll create a personalized, evidence-based plan to help you regain strength, manage lingering side effects, and reduce the risk of recurrence. This isn’t just generic information, it’s a personalized, holistic approach to cancer recovery and prevention based on your unique history, challenges, and goals. The program will be broken down into structured steps, providing you with the ongoing support you need for sustained success.
The 12 Week Program

Initial Assessment & Health Review
We’ll start with a detailed review of your cancer history and treatment as well as dig into your current lifestyle practices. This will allow us to focus on your unique challenges and create a strategy tailored specifically for you.

Targeted Lab Evaluations
You’ll undergo specialty lab tests to assess vital areas such as immune function, nutrient levels, and hormone balance, providing a clear roadmap for your recovery and ensuring your program is tailored to your unique needs.

Personalized Health Plan
Using the data from your assessments, we’ll create a tailored roadmap guided by the principles of Lifestyle Medicine—nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, social connections, and substance avoidance. The Plan includes dietary recommendations, lifestyle changes, supplement advice, and strategies to reduce the risk of recurrence.

Ongoing 1:1 Support
During the 12-week program, we’ll meet for video consultations to walk through each phase together, gradually building your personalized Action Plan. I’ll be here to answer your questions and provide ongoing support as you move through your recovery journey.

Lifetime Access to Program Content
You’ll receive lifetime access to a comprehensive library of resources, including the full program course which includes 5+ hours of expert content, as well as recipes and educational guides. This ensures you’ll have the tools you need to maintain your progress long after the program ends.

Enroll in the Program

One-on-One Consultations
We’ll start with a one-on-one session to review your cancer history, current health status, challenges, and goals. This session sets the foundation for a plan that’s tailored specifically to you. We’ll also review and customize your lab testing strategy, determining which specialty labs will provide the most helpful insights for your healing and long-term health.

Work Through the Program
You’ll begin working through the 12-week course which includes over five hours of expert-led video content covering key areas of recovery: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and more- all in the context of the common challenges faced by cancer survivors. You’ll also get access to tools, guides, recipes, and additional resources to support each step of your journey

Every-Other-Week Coaching
Every two weeks, we’ll meet for a virtual check-in as you work through each section of the course. Together, we’ll personalize the material, translate it into actionable steps, and build a plan that fits into your life.

Get Ongoing Support
You’ll have 24/7 messaging access through the Practice Better platform between sessions for questions, feedback, and encouragement as you move through your recovery journey.
